My first blogging post

This is the first blog post that I wanted to share the topics: Freeganism, Minimalism, Meditation, and Retirement. I'm heading in the correct direction, so hope to reach the destination before the end of my time.

It was amazing as what I have gone through before I reach this stage of my life.

Some background about me.

I am Dickson Goh. Now age 44 in 2019. I officially RETIRED from work. Yes, retired from work!

I now enjoy my life. Do what I want to do, for the most part of it. Still got a wife I need to pacify.

My passion now is Feeganisam and Minimalism. Meditation is something I need to improve on through spending more time on it. Retirement is done for me.

My new passion is writing. Let's see how far it goes.

Since this is the first post, I would keep it short.

Dr. Ang has mentioned in the presentation he has managed to keep his weight down with Dr. Jason Fung's advice.
